OBJECTIVES - At the conclusion of this course the participants will be able to..
1. Discuss S&C principles & concepts relevant to clinical practice
2. Understand art and science behind scaling of exercise prescription
3. Perform exercise progressions, regressions, and plyometrics
4. Troubleshoot commonly observed biomechanical inefficiencies & compensations

Full COURSE CONTENT Hour Totals:
Course content = 4.0 CCUs is pending approval for PTs and PTAs in Texas and is approved for 4.0 CEUs for Athletic Trainers.
The overall objective is to provide each participant with an understanding of the current knowledge pertaining to the management of running-related injuries, with techniques that can be immediately applied in clinical practice.
