Physical Therapy
Memorial Hermann Health System is a Texas Physical Therapy Association (TPTA) Accredited Provider of continuing education. This activity is provided by the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners Accredited Provider 2207019TX and meets continuing competence requirements for physical therapist and physical therapist assistant licensure renewal in Texas. Criteria for Course Completion
Licensed Medical Personnel are required to participate in discussion and presented activities, completed feedback form, sign in and sign out according to professional group’s oversight standards.
After the Review course
Participants may select to complete a proctored exam following course completion. To take the CBIS Exam, attendees should complete the ACBIS Application Procedure and pay the application fee directly to ACBIS. A passing score of 80% is required to obtain national credential of Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS).
