Tuition Costs:
Covers both Part I & Part II, and all course materials. Class is limited to 20 participants, 10 internal and 10 from the community.

Cancellation Policy:
- Written notice of withdrawal is required and must be received 30 calendar days prior to course start date. Registrant will receive a refund, minus a 25% of the registration as an administrative charge. No refunds will be granted after this date. If you register and do not attend, or do not fulfill the requirements of the class, your course fee will not be refunded. Please email cancellations to ContinuingEducationRegistration@memorialhermann.org.
- Cancellation by the sponsor/Instructor will result in a full refund of the tuition. Sponsor/Instructor is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by registrants. Sponsor has the right to replace advertised Instructor with another Neuro-IFRAH Instructor® without penalty.
- Cancellation of the event by TIRR Memorial Hermann will result in a full refund of monies received. TIRR Memorial Hermann is not responsible for the refund of travel or hotel expenses under any circumstances. TIRR Memorial Hermann reserves the right to cancel or change any programs for due cause.
- In the event of a cancelation, participants will be notified via email and contact phone number submitted in the registration.
Non-MHHS Attendees Requirements
*Licensure Status/Malpractice Liability Insurance:
You are required to have malpractice liability insurance which will cover you during your participation in the course. If accepted you will be required to submit proof of current coverage. You must submit a copy of your current professional license/registration with your application.
