Summer Ott, PsyD
Director of the Concussion Program and Associate Professor in Orthopaedic Surgery at McGovern Medical School, UTHealth Houston. She consults for most Houston professional sports teams and numerous university and school districts across Texas. Dr. Ott serves on medical advisory committees for USA Cheer and Major League Rugby. She has received NIH, Moody Endowment, and Mission Connect funding to study adolescent concussions, co-authored research on sports-related concussions, and helped develop Natasha’s Law, which sets return-to-play guidelines for Texas student-athletes.
