Non-employee: $30, MHHS Employee: $20.

MHHS employees must register with their MHHS email to receive the employee benefit.

Cancelation policy:

1. Cancelation of the continuing education or competency event by Memorial Hermann Health System, or as a result of a 3rd party cancelation, will result in a full refund of registration monies received. Memorial Hermann Health System is not responsible for the refund of travel or hotel expenses. Memorial Hermann reserves the right to cancel or change any programs for due cause. In the event of a course cancelation, participants will be notified via email and contact phone number listed on the registration form.
2. The primary cancelation policy by an attendee for a continuing education or competency event must be provided in writing a minimum of 14 calendar days before the course start date in order to receive a refund. Refunds, less a 25% administrative charge will be given if notice is received within the stated time frame. Registration fees will not be refunded for cancelations less than 14 calendar days before a course.
