Journey to Clinical Excellence
Journey to Clinical Excellence pre-summit will provide insight into organizational successes, lessons learned throughout the journey, best practices and initiatives implemented to attain clinical excellence and related designations such as ANCC Magnet ® or Pathways to Excellence ® designations, BEACON ®, PRISM ® and Emergency Nursing Association (ENA) Lantern ® recognition.

Unleashing Innovation Through Science track focuses on modernization, forward thinking, advanced, “out-of-the-box” strategies utilized via; process improvements, evidenced-based projects, and research studies that affect nurses and/or interprofessional team members in any healthcare practice setting.
Track 2: Fostering Excellence in Practice and Profession
Fostering Excellence in Practice and Profession track demonstrates how the organization’s structure and leaders enhance and empower the nurses and the interdisciplinary team’s involvement in the improvement of clinical practice and elevation of the profession, progression of the professional and clinical development, creating of a culture of safety, and in advocacy and community initiatives.
