OBJECTIVES - At the conclusion of this course the participant will be able to..
- Discuss the rationale of Strength & Conditioning principles & concepts relevant to clinical practice
- Apply the principles of the art and science behind scaling of exercise prescription
- Demonstrate exercise progressions, regressions to facilitate linear speed & change of direction
- Analyze commonly observed biomechanical inefficiencies & compensations
Assessment of Learning Objectives: Via question and answer portions and through self-report on course evaluation/feedback form.
