It is the intent of Memorial Hermann Health System and Supporter/Sponsor/Exhibitor to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, and orders that prohibits specific categories of referral payments, including kickbacks and bribes. The parties agree and certify that this symposium/conference is not intended to generate referrals for services or products for which payment may be made in whole or in part under any federally funded health care program, including but not limited to Medicare or Medicaid. Further, it is understood, by both parties, that there is no requirement, guarantee, promise or assurance that any products or services will be purchased, by Memorial Hermann Health System or any affiliate, as a result of this symposium/ conference.
