**This course is cancelled.**
TIRR Memorial Hermann is committed to keeping our patients, workforce members and visitors/registrants safe throughout the emerging global public health emergency related to the 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19). As part of our commitment, we are taking additional proactive measures to prevent the introduction or spread of COVID-19 at all of our educations courses and planned events. Due to limitations regarding COVID-19, and advice which prohibits large public gatherings and/or social distancing considerations we have made the decision to cancel the Neuro IFRAH® Certification Course, which was scheduled to take place on July 18-24, 2020 AND September 12-18, 2020.
The nature of this certification course includes the engagement of multiple patients and caregivers during the course, and close contact by speakers and other course members while teaching, practicing, and implementing the material. TIRR Memorial Hermann’s Education Academy worked in conjunction with the speakers to evaluated alternative dates; however, it was ultimately determined that the multiple confounding factors of the CoVID19 Pandemic do not allow for an effective teaching and learning environment for the needs of this certification course.
With our cancellation policy, on the registration site, registration fees will be refunded.
Cancellation of the continuing education or competency event by Memorial Hermann Health System, or as a result of a 3rd party cancellation, will result in a full refund of registration monies, exhibitor/supporter fees received. Memorial Hermann Health System is not responsible for the refund of travel or hotel expenses. Memorial Hermann reserves the right to cancel or change any programs for due cause.
