This inaugural, two-and-a-half-day conference will host keynote experts and leaders in stroke recovery as well as research and rehabilitation, all with the shared goal of translating knowledge into clinical practices to improve the lives of those recovering from a stroke. The intended audience includes physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech language pathologists, psychologists, social workers, case managers, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, music therapists, recreation therapists, health care professionals and trainees as well as community members working with the growing population of individuals recovering from a stroke.
