This track is dedicated to advancing nursing and clinical innovation through the integration of research, evidence-based practice (EBP), and clinical inquiry. It will spotlight projects and initiatives that challenge the status quo, bridge gaps between theory and practice, and translate evidence into meaningful outcomes. Sessions will feature clinicians who are leading the way in generating new knowledge, applying research findings to real-world settings, and cultivating a spirit of inquiry at the point of care. Participants will explore methodologies, tools, and frameworks that drive sustainable improvements, foster critical thinking, and build a culture that drives change and/or transforms health care.

This dynamic and forward-thinking track explores the critical intersection of high reliability, patient safety, and clinical excellence in nursing and interdisciplinary practice. As healthcare systems continue to evolve, clinicians play a pivotal role in leading transformative growth and delivering exceptional outcomes. Participants will delve into innovative strategies that drive high-reliability practices, foster a culture of safety, and advance clinical effectiveness across diverse care settings. This track empowers healthcare professionals to lead sustainable improvements in quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
